Processing & Delivery

Every TRŪ Wear order is made to order. That means your gear is printed and fulfilled after you place your order — no warehouse, no pre-made stock sitting on a shelf. It's built for you.

Estimated fulfillment and delivery time: 7–10 business days from the date your order is accepted.

This window covers both production and transit. Carrier selection may vary.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because every item is printed on demand, our cancellation window is short. If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once production begins, we're unable to make changes.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we'll make it right. Reach out to us at bill@tru-wear.com with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable), and we'll get it resolved.
