That's 2 Timothy 4:7-8. Paul was writing to his protege Timothy, passing the torch. In these verses he says, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day..."
Wouldn't you like to be able to say that at the end of your life? As I read this at age 50, the words "Finish Strong" came to me. That's what this verse means to me. Fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith. Finish Strong!
